Guarantee

All items are guaranteed to be genuine, as described and as illustrated.

Returns

Any item may be returned for a full refund of purchase price (less shipping any bank charges) if we are notified within five days of receipt of item. Notification must be made by email or fax. Returns must be properly packed and insured, and in the same condition as when received.

Please ensure all contact details, shipping address and item number(s) are included. Item(s) will be reserved for up to 10 days for payment to be made. We will only ship when our bankers have confirmed payment. We will provide a quote for shipping upon request. Shipping

Most items are stored in the U.K. The cost of shipping (and any customs duty and/or local taxes) is to be paid by the buyer. We ship by International Parcel Force, Federal Express, or by any other signed for service. We will pay the cost of packing and insurance.

C.I.T.I.E.S.

Antique items made from or containing material from endangered species (e.g. ivory, whalebone, rhinoceros horn etc) are covered by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (C.I.T.I.E.S.). Such items can only be shipped outside the E.U. when accompanied by a valid C.I.T.I.E.S. certificate. We are happy to apply for and pay for this certificate which normally takes between 7 and 14 days to be granted.
